Site Specific possesses the knowledge and experience to configure and maintain a broad range of hardware and software products. We make this knowledge available to our clients, who may not possess the required expertise to adequately maintain their equipment, through a variety of Service Contracts. While it would be impossible to list all of the hardware and software that we can provide administrative support for, some of the more readily maintained products include:

  • Microsoft SQL Server 6.5, 7, and 2000
  • Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000
  • Microsoft Internet Information Server
  • Post.Office
  • Bind
  • Cobalt RaQ Servers
  • Cisco, Foundry, and Extreme switches and routers

What Is and Is Not Covered
Unlike other service providers, the scope of our Service Contracts are limited only by the breadth of our knowledge. Our Managed Administration Plans cover both routine maintenance services and emergency services. Routine maintenance is performed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. In the event of an emergency, we are available 24 hours a day, seven day a week.

Service Contract customers will receive a 20 percent discount ($100 per hour) for anytime over normal system administration support time. Our normal per-incident rate is $125 per hour. Emergency Hours will be billed at a rate of $200.00 per hour rather than the standard $250.00.

Notes:
Service Contract rates do not include the cost of tech support from a third party (such as a software vendor).
Service Contract hours are non-transferable and do not carry over from month-to-month.
Service Contracts may not be used for programming or web site development projects but do include attempted repair of syntax errors in web pages.
